1. Service
TransNear provides tempo and goods transport booking services in Siddhpur, Patan, Mehsana and surrounding Gujarat areas.
2. Booking & Payment
All fares are estimated. Final fare may vary based on actual distance, load, and additional services. Payment is due upon delivery.
3. Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled before pickup starts. Once goods are picked up, cancellation is not possible.
4. Liability
TransNear is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We take reasonable care of all goods during transport.
5. Partner Program
5% commission is paid on completed trips only. TransNear reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.
